How do I know the service was actually carried out?
Every sacred act is filmed. You receive video, photographs and a certificate naming the person it was performed for, by email. For dates orders you get a receipt and confirmation of delivery.
Who performs the Umrah?
Practicing Muslim men studying at or graduated from Islamic universities in Makkah and Madinah. Each has completed their own obligatory Umrah and meets the conditions required for Badal. We do not outsource this.
Who can an Umrah be performed for?
For a loved one who has passed away, or for someone living who is unable to travel or perform it themselves. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, write to us before arranging anything and we will tell you honestly.
Do you deliver to my hotel in Madinah?
Yes — to any hotel in Madinah, free, with no minimum order. Give us your hotel name and room number at checkout and we bring it to you.
How long does worldwide shipping take?
Typically 7–12 days to the 56 countries we ship to. You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is handed over.
Are the dates really from Madinah?
They are sourced directly from Saudi farms — there is no importer between the farm and you. It is the reason we can price them the way we do.
What if something arrives wrong, or does not arrive?
Tell us and we will put it right. Write to orders@sacredservices.co with your order reference — we reply within a day, from Madinah.
How do I pay?
