Yes — add as many varieties as you like up to 27kg total. All boxes ship together in one consignment, so you pay a single shipping fee regardless of how many varieties you choose.
Shipping is charged per bracket, not per kilogram. Sending 3kg costs exactly the same as sending 9kg within bracket 1. The interactive slider above shows you exactly how this works — use it to maximise the value of every order.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days depending on your country. GCC countries (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) are usually 3–5 days. European and UK orders are typically 7–12 days. You will receive a tracking receipt by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
No hidden fees from us — the price you see at checkout includes the product cost and shipping. Customs duties in your destination country may apply depending on local regulations, but dates as a food product are generally exempt in most countries we ship to.
Yes. Once your order has been packed and handed to Saudi Post (SPL), we will email you a dispatch receipt with your SPL tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Saudi Post website.
The maximum per order is 27kg (bracket 3: 19–27kg). If you would like to order more, please contact us and we will arrange a split shipment for you.
